Every year Stampin' Up says goodbye to 6 colours but is nice enough to introduce 6 more.
I got a chance to try out the new inks, paper and ribbons(!) and made this at 2am the day I got my order since I couldn't wait.
I used one of my favourite stamp sets "Embrace Life" and another favourite, Dazzling Diamonds to make the edges of my flowers all glittery.
I love the new ribbon, because one side is polka dotted and the other side is plain, and it is thick enough that you can use either side. The two new in-colours I used here are Rich Razzleberry (the gorgeous deep purple) and Crushed Curry (the jewel toned yellow).
This is another card I made with the in-colors and a new hostess set (that you can get for free when you host a workshop!) called "The More
the Merrier"The ribbon on this one shows the polka dots, which are so cute! This uses the new blue colour called "Bermuda Bay", the pink is called "Melon Mambo" and the brown is called "Soft Suede"
I also finally got to use my Movers and Shaper die and the Big Shot again!
I can't wait to make tons of stuff with the new colours of paper and inks. One great thing is this time you can get the in colors in marker form!
